Torgbui Akutsu II
Torgbui Akutsu II is the chief of Afeyeme-Tsilime, Dzodze. He was born on the 12th day of April 1969.
He was enstooled as chief of Afeyeme-Tsilime in 1985 after the late Torgbui Akutsu I.
To alleviate poverty and also contribute to the growth of the people of Dzodze, Torgbui Akutsu II and his elders have the following projects outlined:
1. Street light
2. Farming (Insecticides & Fertilizers)
3. Building a public place of convenience (public latrine i.e. K.V.I.P. & Water Closet system).
4. Chief Palace

5. Stool house
6. Gota dance, Yewe dance and Dzigbodi Cultural Dance. All the dance are performed by both males and females.
Like all the other divisions, the people of Afeyeme-Tsilime celebrate the palm-plantation festival "Deza". |
