Torgbui Dey III
Torgbui Dey III is the chief of Apetefe-Totsyoanyi. He was born on the 1th day of April 1953.

He was enstooled as chief of Apetefe-Totsyoanyi in 1993 after the late Torgbui Dey II who passed away in 1989.

Torgbui Dey III is self employed and is currently representing Dzodze Traditional rulers in the Ketu District Assembly.

The main occupation of the people Apetefe is farming. They cultivate maize, cassava, sweet potato oil palm etc. Other areas of occupation are carpentry, tailoring, mason, kente weaving, Tie & die fabric.
