MAC-TETTEH BRASS BAND is an affiliate of the Mac-Tetteh Int.School. It was formed on 14th August 2006 with a collection of some students of the school under its patron Mr. S. K. Tetteh. The band which was formed with the aim to perform at functions such as church programmes, birthday, engagements and naming ceremonies among others is made up of wholly students whose ages ranges between eleven and fifteen (11-15) years. Furthermore, the band is made up of 27 (twenty seven) boys and girls who meet for two hours every Friday and Saturday between the hours of three and five pm. Eventhough the band has been in existence for relatively a short period, they have endeared themselves to the heart of those who listen and watch them perform. Their dedication has earned them recognition as one of the main bands that provided music for students and workers as well during the the golden jubilee annivesary celebration parade held in Dzodze and also to perform at the recently held Deza Festival of the people of Dzodze.
